Appointments If you would like to make an appointment, please contact our office by phone, email or by an online request on this website. Our office facilitates appointments through all forms of communication. Our doctors are always here for you! We welcome families and patients of all ages.
Emergency calls are always forwarded to the doctor on call by calling our office.
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 48 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. To reschedule an appointment not cancelled before 48 hours you may be required to pay in full to make a future appointment and insurance reimbursement will be sent to you.
For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover. In addition we work with Care Credit as a third party financing option and offer 6 and 12 month no interest. We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore your estimated portion is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. If you have questions regarding your account, please contact us. Many times, a simple telephone call will clear any misunderstandings.
Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by Goodall Family Dentistry regardless of your insurance coverage.
Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. Please call our office if your statement does not reflect your insurance payment within that time frame. A statement will be sent and any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility. Your prompt remittance is appreciated. We can make arrangements for a monthly payment plan, but that must be implemented prior to the actual procedure.
As a courtesy to our patients, we are more than happy to submit all primary and secondary insurance claims for you in order to help you recover the most from your dental allowance plan. We will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need and want.
