PRF for Faster, More Comfortable Healing
We use PRF – a natural healing material made from a small sample of your own blood – during extractions and bone grafting.
PRF concentrates your body’s own growth factors. We place it over the surgical site as a protective “biological bandage” or mix it into bone grafts. It helps speed healing, reduce swelling and discomfort, and lower the risk of dry socket after an extraction.

Many insurance plans cover part of implant treatment, and we’ll check your benefits for you. We also partner with CareCredit and Cherry for flexible monthly payments, and offer an in-house membership plan for patients without insurance.

How long do dental implants last?
With good care, the implant itself can last decades – often a lifetime. The crown on top may need replacing after 10–15 years due to normal wear.
Is getting a dental implant painful?
Most patients say it’s more comfortable than they expected. The area is fully numbed, nitrous oxide is available, and most people return to normal activities in a day or two.
Am I a candidate for dental implants?
Most healthy adults with missing teeth are candidates. If you’ve been told you don’t have enough bone, or you have a bleeding disorder or complex health history, we may still be able to help with bone grafting and close coordination with your physician. A 3D scan at your consultation tells us for sure.
How much do dental implants cost?
Every implant plan is unique. Cost depends on how many teeth are replaced, the type of restoration, and whether you need extractions or bone grafting. At your consultation, you’ll get a clear, written estimate with no surprises. Most insurance plans help with part of the cost, and flexible monthly financing is available.
Does insurance cover implants?

Do you place implants in-house or refer out?
Dr. Booker places and restores implants right here in our office. We can also replace worn, chipped or outdated implant crowns, bridges and dentures – even if your implant was placed elsewhere.
