What To Expect From Your Emface Experience
When you come in for your Emface treatment at our Cary office, we aim to make the process easy, relaxing, and rewarding from start to finish.
Procedure
After a brief consultation, your provider will gently place the Emface applicators on the areas of your face you have chosen to treat: forehead, eyes, cheeks and/or neck. These applicators deliver both radiofrequency and HIFES energy to targeted facial muscles and tissue layers. Most patients describe the sensation as a warm, comfortable heating with mild muscle contractions, similar to a facial workout.
There’s no need for anesthesia or numbing. The treatment takes about 20–30 minutes, and you can return to work or your normal routine immediately afterward.
After Your Session
You may notice subtle improvements in skin laxity after just one session, but best results usually come from a series of 4 or more treatments spaced about a week apart. There’s no redness or downtime, although some patients experience mild warmth or flushing for a few hours post-treatment.
